The CA Small Business (and nonprofits!) Grant Program includes nonprofits – thanks to strong advocacy by CalNonprofits, other nonprofits, and state legislators – and we encourage nonprofits that are eligible to apply. However, we also recognize that the application process has been confusing and difficult for nonprofits because it was designed with for-profit businesses in mind.

With more than 3,000 people registered for the January 6th webinar about this grant program, it was inevitable that we wouldn’t be able to get to all the questions. So we’ve scheduled a special “Q&A only” session with Lendistry (the company managing the grant application process) for Monday!

CA Grants Relief Program Q&A with Lendistry
Monday, January 11, from 2pm to 3:15pm
Register here! (Free but registration is required)

THIS WEBINAR WILL BE RECORDED. If you can’t attend live, register anyway and you’ll get the recording on Tuesday, January 12th.

Please keep in mind that the guidelines and processes are changing rapidly -– sometimes even several times on the same day – so make sure you check our website for the latest updates. www.calnonprofits.org

Notes

1. The deadline to apply for the first round of the California Small Business (and nonprofits!) Relief Grants program is Wednesday, January 13th at 11:59pm.

2. You can find the recording of the January 6th webinar, the presenters’ slides, and our Nonprofit FAQ for the California Small Business COVID-19 Relief Grant Program on our website.

3. In the Q&A session with Lendistry and nonprofits on Monday, January 11, we will ask the questions we’ve heard the most from nonprofits, and participants can also ask additional questions during the webinar. You’ll be able to hear directly from the Lendistry representatives – the people managing the grant application process – with their answers to your questions. We will get to as many of your questions as we can.
