DDS will hold two, one-hour webinars to review this process and answer questions. By November 12, 2021, service providers need to submit their proposals to me electronically so that I may forward the proposals to DDS. This is a hard deadline. Please email your proposal to HCBSfunding@tri-counties.org
By December 10, 2021, regional centers must submit all completed concepts and evaluations to DDS.
DDS will notify regional centers of selected concepts by February 25, 2022.

Examples of previously funded concepts:
• Outreach and information regarding the HCBS rules for [individuals] and members of their support teams.
• Supporting [individuals] on a more individualized basis to promote community integration and employment.
• Prioritizing the preferences of [individuals] and utilizing [participant] feedback in the development of the concept.
DDS will notify regional centers of the concepts selected for funding. Priority will be given to those who did not receive funding in the previous fiscal year.
