TCRC is pleased to announce that there is a newly updated Service Provider Portal. The new Portal can be used with any Internet browser (Internet Explorer, Google, Firefox, Safari, etc.) and it works on both Apple and Windows devices, including smart phones and tablets. The Java Program is no longer needed, speeding up the log-in process, and enhancing security. All of the great features are still available, and easier to use in this updated version.
SANDIS created a new user guide and a 7-minute video tutorial on the updated Portal for new and existing users. Access to these resources are available by clicking on the links below:

Several service providers participated in a test of the Portal with very positive feedback about the user experience. Comments and suggested improvements from this test have been forwarded to SANDIS for review.
Service providers are invited to start using the updated Service Provider Portal anytime. Access the Portal through the link below, from the Billing and Authorizations page on TCRC’s website, or through the existing link on TCRC’s eBilling home page. Login with your current Portal user ID and password.
