ARCA, Service Providers, regional centers, advocates, and families have united around funding issues. This report provides an update on their progress, as well as that of the Developmental Task Force, along with relevant new legislation including SB 577, SB 1093, AB 1595, and AB 1522. It also includes information about the new rules affecting provision of Medicaid, Medicare and HCBS services, and state coverage of Behavioral Health Services (BHS) including Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) for individuals under age 21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
