TCADD BOARD – Executive Committee
The Executive Committee consists of the officers of the Board (the President, Vice President/Treasurer, Secretary), the Chairpersons of all standing committees, as well as a representative from both the Vendor Advisory Committee and the People’s Advisory Committee. The Executive Committee takes a leadership role in implementing “best practices” for the TCADD Board.
Responsibilities: The primary purposes of the Executive Committee is to take a leadership role in implementing “best practices” for non-profit Boards,serve as the legal review committee, review all reports from standing committees, set the Board Agendas. The Executive Committee also directs and oversees the development of the Strategic Plan and monitor progress of the Plan.
