Group Supported Employment (GSE) is intended to be a time-limited bridge to Competitive Integrated Employment (CIE). TCRC is committed to assisting GSE providers in preparing individuals for transition to CIE. The goal of GSE is to provide work experience and foundational employment preparation services that will result in successful transition to individual employment in the community.
