TCADD Board – Executive Committee

About the Committee

The Executive Committee consists of the officers of the Board (the President, Vice President/Treasurer, Secretary), the Chairpersons of all standing committees, as well as a representative from both the Vendor Advisory Committee and the People’s Advisory Committee. The Executive Committee takes a leadership role in implementing “best practices” for the TCADD Board.

Responsibilities

The primary purposes of the Executive Committee are:

  • to take a leadership role in implementing “best practices” for non-profit Boards,
  • to serve as the legal review committee,
  • to review all reports from standing committees,
  • to set the Board Agendas, and
  • to direct and oversee the development of the Strategic Plan and monitor progress of the Plan.

Meeting Schedule

The 3rd Tuesday of the following months at 5:30 p.m.
February, March, May, June, July, September, October, and November
