The Lanterman Act

The Lanterman Act is the legislation that created and governs the State’s Developmental Disabilities System which includes the Regional Center system.

The publication, “A Consumer’s Guide to the Lanterman Act,” is a booklet for adults with developmental disabilities and was written with the help of consumers.
